- Vector Art Preference: To maintain ultra-crisp engraving and bright sublimation lines, we recommend vector file submissions (.SVG, .AI, .EPS, or high-res .PDF formats).
- Event Deadlines & Turnaround: Standard processing is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Expedited production lanes are available for strict seasonal sports tournaments and executive events.
